Providing our customers with the best possible service is a high priority at Berea Municipal Utilities. Our billing and collections department is located at 212 Chestnut Street, where you can pay your bill, sign up for service, request leak adjustment or ask other billing related questions.
Our operations department at 200 Harrison Road can assist with new construction, utility line locates, privacy lights or any additional non-billing related questions. After normal business hours, our emergency call center can dispatch our 24 hour on-call crews for outages and major leaks.
