Berea Municipal Utilities would like to announce our partnership with Daupler Call Center.  Beginning October 14, 2020, all after-hour emergency calls will be dispatched to our responding crew members through Daupler.

This is an effort to streamline our outage and emergency response.  Previously, all after-hour calls were forwarded and dispatched through the Madison County 911 Call Center.  Our new procedures will result in more efficient operations of both the 911 Call Center and our emergency response utility crews.

This change will not require any new procedures for our customers.  Our after-hours reporting numbers will remain the same.  You will be forwarded to the call center and be asked your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.  Our crew members will then immediately be dispatched to the address.
