Berea Municipal Utilities offers a customer notification system. This notification system allows customers to stay up to date on important information such as scheduled power outages, major interruption of service or boil water advisories. Messages are delivered via text or automated voice messages on your landline. Each customer can provide up to three numbers to receive these notifications.
