Payment Assistance

We recognize that financial hardships happen, and sometimes you need a little extra support paying your bill. The following options do things like give more time to pay, set up payment plans, and harness the power of our communities to help reduce your payment. Let’s work together to find the right option for you.

Payment Extensions

Just need a few days and can pay in full? A payment extension may be the right choice. Once a friendly reminder is received, an extension may be requested. An extension request must be made prior to being disconnected for non-payment. After service has been disconnected, payment in full is expected before service will be re-established.

Extensions may not be made on a returned check, automatic draft, or disputed credit card transaction. Failure to pay by the extension request date could affect your request for future payment extensions.

To request a payment extension, please call 859-986-4391.

Installment Payment Plan

An installment payment plan may be available under limited, extenuating circumstances. Please call 859-986-4391 for additional information.
